Japanese Tea House Floorplan

If you are not familiar with Japan, maybe you do not know what the houses resemble. In the most basic sense, they resemble houses that are made with a lot of detail and craftsmanship time is spent on the design some are basically likes works of art. Unlike most American house plans, a Japanese house is one story and takes a lot of time to plan.

Just by looking at these plans, you’ll see just how much pride and craftsmanship go into them. Some people think that these designs are too simple, which you may also assume the first time you see what they look like. From the exterior, some designs may look very easy to build.

In the past, they consisted of bamboo and materials that were found in modern style Japan! With the bamboo house structure, Japanese homes were easy to build and didn’t take hardly any time at all to create. These homes could be built in a matter of days with hardly any cost.

Nowadays Japanese homes are more sophisticated and not a simple design like you may see in the movies. More material, more time, and more effort go into the houses. Japanese houses are still appealing to the eye, and they provide a great alternative if you are seeking an Oriental style.

One of the interesting aspects when starting to look for floorplans and in particular Japanese ones is the fact that maybe you like the traditional style and additional features that are associated with such home.  Externally having a traditional Japanese home may be looking awkward depending where you live, however internally in your home you can have the classic look and feel of any Japanese home and as I said that the possibilities of the garden too match.

I have a friend who was recently looking to do something similar, the unfortunate thing was they lived in an apartment but we're able to design inside living space as they pleased.  This included a tea room (maybe what you are looking for) but also included traditional style bedroom the overall effect was amazing I particularly liked the teahouse effect on the ambience when she were in the room was amazing.
